We operate with pseudonymised or anonymised records, using unique device identifiers and behaviour logs. Personally identifiable data is only retained when passed to your CRM or loyalty tool under explicit consent.
Never. We do not monetise, share, or analyse guest data beyond what is needed for the service. Your guest data remains your property.
